From colorful dishes to elegant coasters and funny flasks, there are an endless number of cool kitchen gadgets to find at Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters.  I’ve picked out some of my favorites above!

Sometimes it’s the little things in life that help add a dash of positivity to our lives. For example, your morning coffee ritual could be a lot more satisfying if you’re drinking it from the donut-shaped mug above!  Or, perhaps something as small as the heart-shaped mug could remind you that you are loved.

For those quirky souls out there, the avocado cutting board may be the showstopper kitchen accessory of your dreams.  As someone who adores anything pink, my heart skipped a beat when I saw the pink toaster.  Although I rarely ever make toast, if I did, this toaster would be on my “to buy” list for sure!

For all you soup or cereal fans, the set of big colorful bowls would surely add some much-needed color to your life! Opening up your beers with the pink stone bottle opener would definitely turn some heads, as long as you do it at the beginning of the party before everyone is too drunk to notice.

But in all seriousness, how about that donut mug?! I’m in love.

Get the Best Look for Coachella

As we all know, it’s festival season.  Coachella is this weekend.  Tonight you’re probably scouring your closet wondering what the hell you’re going to wear.  You’ll be outdoors, you’ll have minimal prepping time, you’ll be jamming out to your favorite tunes, you’ll be hot crammed in between thousands of people, so what should you wear to stand out?

Start with the basics.  Consider the stores with a boho, rocker “I want to rebel slightly” vibe: Urban Outfitters, Brandy Melville, and Free People.

White skinny jeans are great in theory.  They’re hot, sexy, a little feminine chic country, but they can also get dirty…Urban Outfitters is offering a pair of white skinny jeans on sale for $39.00.  I’d say jump on that like a fat kid on a Smartie if white is your thing.

If you’re more into the dark neutrals, you’re in luck because Urban Outfitters is offering a pair of black skinny jeans for $39.00.

Pair them with high heel black booties, a ripped grey or white t-shirt, a black leather body harness, and you’ll be the one that they should hire to be on stage at Coachella!  I’d say visit Nasty Gal for their black leather body harness…but I just bought one of their last ones in their hottest (and cheapest yet not cheap) style…oops.  I couldn’t resist.
